Maryann Sexton, President Barbara McQuitty Executive Director.  Barbara joined the Gateway OWL organization in December 2007 as the new Executive Director. She has over 13 years experience as a leader of area non-profit organizations. She is responsible for the administration, outreach and funding for OWL service projects and the OWL Gateway Chapter. Joni K. Ott, is the Midwest Pension Rights Project Director. She received her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School in 1984. She oversees all casework and pension recoveries.   Robin Price is the Legal Assistant to Ms. Ott assisting with intakes, casework and research.   Diane Decker keeps the books and assists the Treasurer with the financial management of OWL.
