Barbara McQuitty Executive Director. Barbara joined the Gateway OWL organization in December 2007 as the new Executive Director. She has over 13 years experience as a leader of area non-profit organizations. She is responsible for the administration, outreach and funding for OWL service projects and the OWL Gateway Chapter.
