The following criteria will be considered in judging a nominee’s activities:
- Created an innovative project or program
- Motivated others to be involved
- Affected the lives of others
- Helped others to help themselves
- Shown herself to be reliable and supportive
- Demonstrated an ability to overcome obstacles
- Exhibited a commitment to volunteer work
- Demonstrated high ethical and professional standards
Submission Parameters
- Briefly describe why your nominee is a WOMAN OF WORTH. Be specific in describing the achievements of your nominee, i.e., name of programs or activities, numbers of people impacted by service, etc.
- Nomination must be typed and limited to two pages.
- No attachments such as resumes or articles will be considered.
- Do not use the nominee’s name in your narrative.
- Obtain the permission of your nominee to submit her nomination.
